We’re starting to see services come back online as our upstream provider continues their recovery work. We’re monitoring closely and validating stability across all systems as connectivity is restored.

As services return, you may notice higher server load averages than usual. This is expected during recovery, as services reconnect and restart, queued tasks begin processing again, and traffic returns in bursts while caches warm up and backlogged requests are handled.

We’ll keep this incident in Identified until service has been fully confirmed as operational. Further updates will be posted here as our checks complete.

We’ve identified the root cause of the current issue as an outage impacting one of our upstream infrastructure providers. As a result, some services may be experiencing increased errors, timeouts, or intermittent availability.

Our systems remain operational, but connectivity to the affected provider is currently degraded. We’re actively monitoring provider recovery efforts and validating service restoration as capacity returns.
